Handling and shipping fee - how much?

We don´t charge anything to handle your order - all that is being added to your buy is the postal cost.

Bank Payment - how does it work?

If you choose bank payment a mail is sent to you with the exact amount to pay. We send you your items as soon as we have received your payment. So all you have to add is the time for the postman to deliver your buy.

Cash on delivery - how does that work?

Cash on delivery also know as "postopkrævning" in Danish. Works this way - order your music or other items. We will send you your purchase. If you are lucky to be home when the postman comes you simply pay him. If not you can pick your buy up at the post office and pay it there. And a loving reminder from us - please remember to go and get it. Othewise great stuff are being sent right back to us.

How long does it take before I get my music?

In most cases we handle your order within 24 hours. If your item is out of stock it may take a bit longer. We promise to let you know if there´s any delay concerning your order.

If you chose cash on delivery your order is shipped right away.If you chose bank payment we ship when we have received your payment.

What happens to the information I give you?

When you shop in disd2dawn we need a few informations from you to handle your order.We do not share your information with anybody else. We simply use it to handle your order and that´s it!
